    Onboarding chaser

Finds onboarding and offboarding steps that are overdue or waiting too long, tells HR who to chase, and drafts reminders.

    How it works

The agent goes through your active onboarding and offboarding runs and lists the steps that are stuck: overdue, submitted and waiting for review, sent back to the new joiner and not picked up, or an automation that failed. It writes a short brief of who to chase first and drafts a reminder for each open step; when you confirm one, the step’s owner gets the step’s email again. It skips steps already reminded today.

    About 1 credit per check

    What it reads

    • Active onboarding and offboarding runs you can see
    • Their steps, owners and due dates

    When it starts

    • When HR asks it to check

    What it can do

    • Email a step’s owner again (after you confirm)

    What it never does

    • Change, skip or complete a step

    Safe by design

    • Hired, not switched on. Your admin hires each agent from the catalogue and chooses who can use it.
    • Agents propose, people confirm. Anything that changes data, like a leave request, waits for a person to confirm it.
    • Same access as the user. An agent sees only what the person asking is allowed to see.
    • AI processing in India. Agents run on models hosted in India (AWS Mumbai).
    • Budgets and a hard stop. Set a monthly credit limit per agent; agents stop when credits run out.
    • Every run recorded. Admins see each run, the credits it used and what it did.

    Frequently asked questions

What does the Onboarding chaser do?

The agent goes through your active onboarding and offboarding runs and lists the steps that are stuck: overdue, submitted and waiting for review, sent back to the new joiner and not picked up, or an automation that failed. Can the Onboarding chaser change data on its own?

No. It asks a person to confirm before it will: email a step’s owner again. It never does the following: change, skip or complete a step.

How much does the Onboarding chaser cost?

About 1 credit per check. Credits are a paid add-on to any flowwork.ai plan at ₹100 (US$ 1.19) per 1,000 credits, and new companies get 500 free trial credits for 30 days.

    Where is the data processed?

Agents run on AI models hosted in India and see only what the person using them is allowed to see. Admins see every run and the credits it used.
