    • Google account profile information (name, email address, profile picture) for authentication and account creation
    • Email messages, headers, and metadata when using FlowDesk email integration via IMAP/POP
    • Email labels, folders, and organizational structure for inbox management within FlowDesk

    b. Data Usage

    • Profile information is used to create and maintain your flowwork.ai account and personalize your experience
    • Email data accessed via FlowDesk is used solely to display, organize, and manage your email communications within the FlowDesk support ticketing interface
    • We do not use Google user data for advertising, training AI models on your personal content, or any purpose unrelated to the functionality you have explicitly authorized

    • We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to any third party
    • Google user data may be shared with essential service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) strictly for operating flowwork.ai, under binding data processing agreements

    e. Data Retention & Deletion

    • Google user data is retained only for as long as your account is active and the integration is connected
    • When you disconnect your Google account or delete your flowwork.ai account, all associated Google user data is permanently deleted within 30 days
