Refund and Cancellation Policy

Each flowwork.ai module has a free tier and one paid plan (One). Paid plans are billed annually in advance, in Indian rupees, plus GST at 18%. AI agent credits and extra storage are add-ons bought separately.

• Prices are listed on our pricing page and shown again before you pay.
• We do not charge your card or account automatically. Each year's renewal is a new payment that you make.
• Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice.

Companies that sign up on flowwork.ai get a 14-day free trial of the modules they choose. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged during or after the trial. To keep using paid features after the trial, buy a plan.

• You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected] from an account admin's email address, or from Admin › Billing in the app once it is available there.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
• Removing modules or seats during a period takes effect at the next renewal.
• Your data is not deleted when you cancel. You can export it, or ask us to delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• New subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• After those 14 days, payments for the current period are not refundable, and we do not refund the unused part of a period when you cancel.
• Modules or seats added during a period are charged pro-rata to the end of the period. The same 14-day rule applies from the date of that payment.
• AI agent credits and extra storage are not refundable once bought.
• Duplicate payments, and payments taken in error, are refunded in full.
• If we stop providing the service for reasons other than a breach of our Terms, we refund the unused part of your current period pro-rata.
• Nothing in this policy limits any refund you are entitled to under applicable law.

Write to [email protected] with your company name and the payment or invoice number. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay, within 5–7 working days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it. We issue a GST credit note for every refund.

• If a renewal is not paid by the end of the period, your plan keeps working for 15 days while we remind you.
• After that it becomes read-only: you can see and export your data, but not change it.
• 60 days later the paid modules are switched off. Your data is kept and comes back when you renew.

flowwork.ai is an online software service. Nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as your account is set up, and paid features are available as soon as your payment is confirmed.
