Candidate caller
Phones candidates in a natural voice to confirm interview slots and run short screening calls, then notes the outcome.
How it works
A voice agent that calls candidates from your company’s Indian number. It introduces itself as your company’s recruitment assistant, says the call may be recorded, confirms or reschedules the interview slot, and can ask a few screening questions for the job (notice period, current location, expected salary, key skills). After the call it writes a short summary and the answers for the recruiter; a reschedule waits for the recruiter to confirm. Speech is processed in India.
About 10 credits per minute of call
What it reads
- The candidate’s name, phone number and job
- The interview round and its slot
- The job’s screening questions
When it starts
- When a recruiter asks it to call one or more candidates
What it can do
- Call candidates and talk with them
- Write the call summary and answers to the candidate
- Move an interview slot (after you confirm)
What it never does
- Reject a candidate or share salary offers
Safe by design
- Hired, not switched on. Your admin hires each agent from the catalogue and chooses who can use it.
- Agents propose, people confirm. Anything that changes data, like a leave request, waits for a person to confirm it.
- Same access as the user. An agent sees only what the person asking is allowed to see.
- AI processing in India. Agents run on models hosted in India (AWS Mumbai).
- Budgets and a hard stop. Set a monthly credit limit per agent; agents stop when credits run out.
- Every run recorded. Admins see each run, the credits it used and what it did.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Candidate caller do?

Can the Candidate caller change data on its own?
No. It asks a person to confirm before it will: move an interview slot. It never does the following: reject a candidate or share salary offers.
How much does the Candidate caller cost?
About 10 credits per minute of call. Credits are a paid add-on to any flowwork.ai plan at ₹100 (US$ 1.19) per 1,000 credits, and new companies get 500 free trial credits for 30 days.
Where is the data processed?
Agents run on AI models hosted in India and see only what the person using them is allowed to see. Admins see every run and the credits it used.
