Interview summariser
Turns a candidate’s interview feedback into one summary for the hiring manager: strengths, concerns and where the panel disagreed.
How it works
Pick a job and a candidate (all rounds, or one round) and the agent reads every interviewer’s submitted feedback. It writes one summary: the overall picture, strengths and concerns with who raised them, each interviewer’s recommendation, average ratings per category, where the panel disagrees and what the next round should check. Averages and disagreements are worked out from the ratings, never made up. The candidate’s name isn’t sent to the AI model.
About 1 credit per candidate summary
What it reads
- Interviewers’ feedback, ratings and recommendations
- The job’s title and required skills
When it starts
- When a recruiter or panel member asks for a candidate’s summary
What it can do
- Write one summary of the panel’s feedback
What it never does
- Change a round status, move, reject or email a candidate
Safe by design
- Hired, not switched on. Your admin hires each agent from the catalogue and chooses who can use it.
- Agents propose, people confirm. Anything that changes data, like a leave request, waits for a person to confirm it.
- Same access as the user. An agent sees only what the person asking is allowed to see.
- AI processing in India. Agents run on models hosted in India (AWS Mumbai).
- Budgets and a hard stop. Set a monthly credit limit per agent; agents stop when credits run out.
- Every run recorded. Admins see each run, the credits it used and what it did.
